We specialise in producing cost-effective structural calculations for a variety of projects, both old and new. We are based in Bridlington, and serve the surrounding counties of East and North Yorkshire. For large projects, we work from your architect or designer's existing drawings, to provide required structural calculations for appropriate supporting members. For small projects (eg. removal of a single wall) plans are not always required.

If you are a building contractor, engineer, architect or simply a home owner we will work with you to provide the correct bespoke structural calculations for new projects, suitable for building control approval. We have experience with domestic work including new houses, extensions to properties including single storey, two storey and loft conversions. In addition, we carry out similar work within the commercial sector including guest houses, offices, studios, and warehouses.
