Structural Calculations for Building Projects
Our scope of work
We work with Architectural Designers, Engineers, Contractors, Developers, Directors and Private home owners.
We operate a simple pricing structure for residential and small scale commercial structural calculations of:
Just £190.00 per beam, including site survey, and submission to building control (where required)
Small Domestic
The most basic package, which is suitable for one or two small span structural calculations.
Drawings / Plans are not usually required, and the detail can be collected from a site survey.
Large Domestic
An enhanced package for domestic property, whereby multiple structural calculations are required. This may involve interconnected beams, or large span beams, where additional information is likely.
Small Commercial
Small commercial structural calculation packages would usually involve one beam. However, large spans with other existing beams to survey may require additional beam charges.
Large Commercial
We will consider larger scale commercial projects on a case by case basis.
Interested clients should fully explain the proposal in order for us to clarify if this fits our scope of work.
